His semi-fiery response to the recent flap w/Bush is available here (scroll down).
Sounds good enough, but it’s two. years. too. fucking. late. At least two years.

It was strange listening/watching John Kerry fail from across the Atlantic.

i got excited about john kerry for reasons i cannot explain (perhaps the ass-kicking he handed bush in the first debate was the impetus.) i’m not sure i’ll ever get excited about democrats again.

Are you voting in the midterms? I’m voting here in Georgia: straight Democrat for all the local officials.

yeah, electoral politics is a big deal for labor unions (for better and worse). i’ve been canvassing and phonebanking since i got back from illinois, in an effort to win back our state house and senate for les dems, some of whom are cool enough.
in addition, there are a bunch of sketchy ballot measures bought and paid for by libertarian think-tanks in DC that espouse the whole ‘drown government in a bathtub’ ethos. that’s the shit i really wanna see get destroyed.

Pat,
Martin made some odd political claims on my blog. Please tell me it isn’t so. See “A Little Something.”

it may’ve been a few years since you encountered one of tino’s altar-egos, Senator Wayne Dykecunt. The Senator is a rabid republican.

Oh yeah, Senator Wayne Dykecunt. But he didn’t reveal his identity and signed the post, Martin, that rascal.
